Step 1

The team requests a floor plan (to assess what items of furniture will fit the space) and the address of the property. As strange as this sounds, it is so they look at the style of the building, and neighbouring buildings, to inform the choice of furnishing package that will suit it best. It’s an example of how our team goes beyond the ordinary to delight clients.

The furnishing package ranges themselves have been coordinated by our interior designers; sourced from trusted suppliers; and in line with the latest European tastes and trends. We are an ecological company, mindful to only use suppliers who share our values. In:Style Direct’s head of design and directors annually visit the factories of the suppliers to ensure there is no child labour. We encourage the use of eco-friendly materials in our furniture packages too.

Step 2

The client receives a quote based on the team’s selection. The furnishing pack can be adjusted to the client’s tastes, for example changing accessories and soft furnishings or adding bathroom and kitchen packs. Once the client is satisfied, a member of the team will visit the property and take measurements for any bespoke window dressings that have been requested. Our ethos is based on the fact that a property that is presented to its best account will generate a great deal of interest among high calibre tenants and achieve the best possible rental.

Step 3

A date is set for delivery and installation. Once again, the team takes care of everything, from delivery of the furniture to dressing the property to a high standard including installing the bespoke window dressings. A member of the installation team usually photographs the property for the landlord’s records as, is often the case, the property is snapped up by tenants before the landlord has had chance to view the finished result. Or, if it has been requested, professional photographs will be taken for marketing purposes.

Finishing touches

Along with the installation team, the designers visit the property to add those all-important finishing touches. The photographs are a welcome part of the service for overseas owner/landlords who are not able to visit the property themselves. For these reasons, and because landlords are busy enough, our entire process is based on providing a service that is high-quality, efficient and requires little to no supervision from clients.
